1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the dressed. mobile application and website (‘Service’) provided by M&G Collective Ltd trading as dressed. (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).

By downloading, accessing, or using dressed., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Provides

dressed. is a consumer wardrobe management and styling application. The Service allows you to:

  • Photograph and catalogue your clothing using AI-powered image recognition
  • Receive personalised outfit suggestions from an AI chat stylist
  • Create and manage a style board of saved outfit combinations
  • Track cost-per-wear statistics for your wardrobe items

The Service is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. AI suggestions are recommendations only and we do not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or completeness. You use AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use dressed. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

dressed. is available via paid subscription through the Apple App Store. The following plans are available:

  • Monthly: £6.99 per month
  • Annual: £69.99 per year

Free Trial

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the annual fee.

Billing

All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the change. We will give you reasonable notice of any price increase via the App Store.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation follows Apple's standard subscription policy:

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

7. Refunds

All purchases and refunds are managed by Apple. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services
  • Abuse, harass, or send inappropriate content through the AI chat feature
  • Upload photos that do not belong to you or that contain sensitive personal information of others
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The dressed. name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by M&G Collective Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • AI-generated suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only — we are not liable for any decisions you make based on them
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law).
